Jääviinityyppinen omenaviini. Makea Omenatarha on jälkiruokaviini, joka on valmistettu Lepaan Liereä ja Antonovka-omenalajikkeista. Maultaan pehmeä, täyteläisen makea ja omenainen, parhaimmillaan hieman viilennettynä 12-15 C.

Bottled@PBF IX. Pale yellow colour, no head. Aroma is apple, mild vinegar and some alcohol. Flavour is alcohol, sweet apples, some vinegar and mild vanilla. Sweet aftertaste.

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Very pale clear yellow. Honey, white pepper and apple peels up front. Sweet and intense with full body and soft, somewhat viscous mouthfeel. Evident peppery alcohol. The sweetness is some extent balancced by apple acidity. Peppery finish with distinct apple skin bitterness. Very concentrated and intense.

Aroma has strong and ripe apples. Flavour has lots of alcohol, strong apple notes - feels like apple juice extract. Also some apple peel and slight sugary tones. Too boozy – the booze actually stings my tongue. Not as good as Pinnacle’s Ice Cider, but better than I expected, I must say.
