Hieman samea, kuparinvärinen olut kohtalaisella, valkoisella ja varsin pysyvällä vaahdolla. Tuoksu appelsiininen ja persikkainen. Lisäksi yrttisyyttä, marjaisuutta ja hiivaa. Maku marjainen, yrttisen mausteinen ja hiivainen. Varsin kuiva, lisäksi melko lyhyt mausteinen ja marjainen loppuliuku. Runko keskitäyteläinen, hiilihappoja reilusti.

(Keg at Kaski, 20150818) The beer poured golden and rather cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had tartness, green apples and spiciness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, yeast, tartness, green apples, acridness, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy and unpleasantly bitter. A messy yeasty brew with some good characteristics.

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy bronze colour. Pear, caramel and lemony winegums up front. Fairly sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Interesting, albeit not entirely clean fruity flavour of bark, lemon peels, pears and cookies. Dusty bitterish finish

Bottle 500ml (PBF IX)
Hazy orange color, good off-white head. A bit tart, berryish aroma. Light-bodied. Saison yeasty spiceyness but also some unwanted tartness. Lingering spiceyness. Rye is not very dominant.

500ml bottle @ PBF IX

Pours yellowish orange with a smooth head. Aroma of earthy notes, farmyard, yeast, spices and hints of rye. Taste is yeasty, farmyardy and stuffy with some spices and hints of rye. Finish is stuffy and yeasty. A bit unbalanced.

50 cl bottle @ home, BBE 31.05.2014
Somewhat stale aroma with funky yeasty notes, some malt and hints of berries. Flavour starts with malt and berries and turns soon into yeasty funkiness. Also some berry juice tones, citrus and hints of grapefruit. Some grassy hops occur at the middle of the glass. Palate is foamy and a bit too high on CO2. Slightly messy and straightforward – and even watery after some sips. But at least this lacks the house aroma ( = feeling of contamination.)
