Draught at the brewery - Hazy gold/amber. Elderflower, apricot and toffee in the aroma. Peach, apricot, toffee and elderflower can all be detected in the slightly grainy taste.

Keg at the brewery. Hazy golden, small head. Distinct elderflower aroma. Dry, light bodied with crisp rounded mouthfeel. Lightly bready, lots of elderflower. Mid bitter finish. Extraordinary for a 2% beer.
