Bryggd i Torna Hällestad på Fridhills gård på vatten, pilsner-, carabelge-, abbey-, carahell- och sauermalt. Kokad med vit sirap, dr rudi-, rakau- och nelson sauvinhumle och jäst med belgisk alejäst. Lundabrygd 92. Hantverksmässigt bryggd ofiltrerad öl. Ölet blir klarare och smakar bättre om det får vila i svalen några dagar innan servering. Smakar som mest vid 10-12°C.

Draft. An amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and flowers. The falvor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

330ml Bottle - Amber with a foamy head. Dried fruit, blackcurrant and caramel in the aroma. Fruity and fairly rich taste with notes of raisins, dried apricot, sultanas and yeast. A good attempt at making a Belgian ale, but it falls slightly short of what I was hoping for.

Bottle from Systembolaget, e-order in August 2014. Hazy amber with a medium head. Fruit, some alcohol, grass, yeast and malt. Sweetish and with some caramel in the finish. Nja.

Draft @ Malmö Öl & Whisky Festival. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty flavor. Has a fruity spicy malty weak yeasty finish.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is dry, pine and herbal grassy. Bitter, light phenolic and toasted malty. Bitter and dry herbal into a bitter finish.

Bottled, from Systenbolaget. Hazy amber, brief head. Fruity nose with marzipan and hay. Mid sweet with medium-full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and grass. Some resin and marzipan in the finish. Correct but shallow.
