bottle from small supermarket in small town we passed on a jeep safari. in gran canaria. clear yellow, smooth offwhite head. pretty solid dry pils aroma, a little bit yeasty and wheat malty sugary or bready sweetness on top of that. flavor has some bitter industrial hops over it, but also a good not one-dimensional malty balance, so not that bad. does have a slightly metallic aftertaste.

Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival. Clear golden, small head. Grassy, bready nose. Mid dry with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Minty grass and salty crisp bread. Mild resiny bitterness. Functional pilsener, even if the malt character is a bit harsh.
