Weicher, mild säuerlicher Antrunk. Spritzig, sehr süffig, runder langer Nachhall mit wenig steigender Säure. 10/8/9/9//9

Bottled at NBeerPub, Beijing, thanks Yinhai! Lightly hazy pale yellow, minimal head. Tart nose with lingonberry and lactic acid. Dry and citric with light body and crisp mouthfeel. Mildly lactic, refreshing and easy going. Traditional style Berliner weisse, but with a Beijing twist.
