Keg at Slow Boat, Beijing. Clear mahogany colour, mid sized head. Light toasty nose with notes of maple syrup. Sweetish with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramelly with a slight lemony edge. Some vanilla and maple syrup. Low bitterness.
