Flaska från Khioskh. 2016 vintage. Riktigt fin doft. Kärnfrukt särskilt torkade körsbär, fat, sherry. Mjuk och rund. Smak som doften, aningen mjuk bärig vinäger. Riktigt gott

Bottle, vintage 2016. Color: Hazy dark brown, very light brown head. Aroma: Brett, dark fruit, sourish. Taste: Notes of Brett farmbarn, leather, dark and red fruit, fudge-like caramel, sourish Flemish Sour Brown. Hints of sweetish Sherry and notes of wood. Mix of moderate sweet, light to moderate sour and light to moderate bitter. Somewhat more bittery palate at finish. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Medium to over medium body, below average carbonation. Not an Old Ale like most others, this one is more of a mix of Old Ale, Wild ale and Sour Brown. Pretty complex and well balanced. Take your time to enjoy all flavours. I love it.

Meidum sweet flavour with rounded leathery berries, some booze, a little acetic bite, berry tang, old wood, hints of brown sugar. Full bodied, lightly chewy, with fine carbonation. Warming finish, with more leathery berries, alcohol, brown bread, fruitcake, tangy toasted wood. Excellent stuff. Great depth.

500 mL bottle. Pours dark, hazy brown, with a small, tan head. The aroma is strong of tannins, rubber bands, tart cherries, cedar, and almonds. Sweet, with an odd tartness. Medium body, with a oily, thick, and acrid mouthfeel. This is a strange, tart, and malty beer. Odd, off flavors, but it's still a pretty nice beer.
