A hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of fresh breadish wheat malt, yeast, cereals. Taste of mid sweet breadish malt, wheat, yeast, some clove.

Sweetish grainy beginning. Yeast is in the back, the sweetish grainy beer remains on the tongue, yeast in the back. Sticky sweetish, sessionable grainy.

Bottled, from Biershop Baden-Württemberg. Cloudy pale golden, rich firm head. Aroma of bun dough, wort and some banana. Dry with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Some unpleasant metallic sourness together with wheat bun dough and faint notes of banana. Looks much better than it tastes.

bottle, bought at the brewery. Cloudy yellow colour, large and persistant white head. Yeasty-fruity nose with a sour touch. Light-bodied, refreshing with some yeasty hints and a touch of fruity sourness.
