Draught@Monks Café, Sveavägen, Stockholm. Deep rubyish amber colour. Small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, some malts and a bit rubbery notes. Flavour is darkdry fruits, malts, caramel, some rubber and mild earth.

On tap. Comes as "Monks Dark Lager". Clear orangey brown with a creamy, off-white head. Sweetish aroma of roasted malt and a whiff of butter. Medium body, fairly sweet roasted malt and a vague caramel note. Almost no bitterness. 011108
