We've dialed this beer up to the max with a power riff of new world hops from New Zealand and the USA, added late in the boil to capture aromas of lychee and passion fruit over a bass beat of biscuit and honey malt notes.

Keg at BrewDog Kungsholmen, Stockholm. Hazy copper colour, small head. Caramelly nose with floral hops and notes of citrus. Bread, grass, floral hay, toast and red berries. Mid bitter finish. Mild and pleasant.

(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm, 12 Feb 2016) Pale amber colour, cloudy, with frothy, off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, resin and rye bread. Malty, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, resin, crisp-bread and a balanced citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh and tasty pale ale. Nice one.

Draught @ Guitars, Umeå. Aroma has strong buttery and grassy notes - feels like a kellerbier or bohemian pils. Flavour has strawberries, some buttery tones, grapefruit and some minerals. Finises with grass. Messy and a bit weird.

Draught@Guitars museum, Umeå. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, wooden and some bready and sweet malts to it as well. Flavour is fruity, floral, some toffee, sweet malts as well as some grassy notes. Pleasantly fruity and floral APA.
