This is the first beer we brewed at our new Kungsten Brewery on the 21st of October 2015, which happens to be “Back to the Future Day”. Seems appropriate if you ask us.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5

Bottle at Akkurat. Hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma of grapefruit, hay, light soap and light malt. Similar taste. The body was medium and the finish bitter. An ok one.

Cask @ Sloan Square, Milan. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, grass, fruity hops, grapefruit. Flavor is malt, grassy, fruit, citrus, graefruit. Medium body, soft carbonation, dry and rather bitter finish. 111215

Keg at BrewDog Södermalm, Stockholm. Cloudy golden, small head. Citrusy nose with notes of chalk and kumquats. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Salty and resinous with tangerine peels and red apples. Really bitter finish. Unpolished.
