25.09.2021: 0,2l from tap at Ammutson. Yellow almost clear color, small white head. Smells white grapes, earthy, grassy, tannins, light oak, light horse radish. Very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes white grapes, oak, grassy, citric, bit peppery, tannins, herbal, earthy. Finishes dry and lighly sour with notes grass, peppery and some tannins. Very nice one, finish a bit on the herbal side, but overall very nice one

31.08.2023: 0,75l bottle at the brewery. Vintage 22. yellow clear color, small white head. smells vinous, bit funky, white grapes, light tannins. Very nice smell full body, soft carbonation. tastes grapes, tannins, white wine, forest strawberries, light sweetness. finishes lightly sweet and light sour with notes of grapes, white wine and forest strawberries. lovely. Very good one

This is grapes? Damn fruity funk, slight pepper, didn't expect to love it but I do. Happy zwanze! More fruity sweet than expected.

Draft at Beer Merchants Tap - Hackney Wick. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. Lightly sweet, a bit salty, some pale wood, mild grass, restrained acidity. Light to medium bodied with delicate carbonation. Clean, quenching finish, a little wheat, light pale wood dryness, some citrus accents, a little white wine perhaps. Nice and drinkable.

Fruity, tart, sour. Sweet grapes, vinous, smooth, funky. Peak lambic. Fantastic.

2018 bottle. Pours a cloudy gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong grape skin, funk, oak. Medium body, funky, grape must, oak, nice tartness, enjoyed this.
