Keg at Le Temps d’Une Pint, Trois-Rivières. Hazy pale golden, small head. Peppery minerally nose with some citrus. Dry with light body and crisp mouthfeel. Elderflowers and sichuan peppers. Low bitterness. Elegant and crisp. Unique. Another winner here.
