Bottled, from Total WIne & More, Plano North. Wildly gushing upon opening. Cloudy pale amber, huge, firm head. Aroma of sparkling white wine with hints of grapefruit and elderflowers. Mid dry with medium body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Chardnonnay with Sprite. On the tart and leafy side with some citrus. Mid bitter finish. If they were intending this to be an American IPA, they shot well wide of the target. As a vinous, tart Belgian style ale spiced with some American hops it is quite delightful. Just remember to open it in the bathtub.
