Rachel brought this one back from a trip to San Antonio. +++ Sampled from a 12 oz can this beer poured a pale yellow color with a huge soapy yellow-white head that lingered and left minimal lacing. The aroma was sweet and tangy with phenol, yeast and a touch of citrus. The flavor was sweet and tangy with notes of artificial grape and yeast. Medium length finish. Medium body. Meh.

Keg at Ginger Man, Plano. Clear golden, mid sized head. Fruity nose with grass, bread and notes of strawberry. Mid sweet with light-medium body and firm, well rounded mouthfeel. Mellow and malt driven with bread and mild notes of butter, some hay and red berries. Low-medium bitterness. A helles with personality and drinkability. Even the most conservative old Bavarian villager would probably have nodded grumpily at this beer, and ordered another.

Faint corn aroma. Clean session hells. Meets all the right notes for a hella session. Dry finish. Good yeast usage. Travels brilliantly.

On tap at Pinthouse Pizza Burnet location. Pours a clear yellow gold with medium frothy white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is grass and lemon zest. Thin, citrus, wheat, crisp, light finish.
