Cask Days 2016. Hazy golden pour, with a small white head. Aroma is very fruity, but also very tart. SOme solid, and strong brett notes, with alot of tropical fruit, especially fresh cut mango skins. mouth feel is nice, carb is what you’d expect from a cask. Finish is medium bitter with alot of fruit, and some earthy notes. brett fades but is still tangy with hints of yeast.

Can: Poured a slightly hazy golden color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of sweet Belgian malt notes with some nice subtle fruity yeast notes. Taste is a good mix between some fruity yeast notes, light funky notes with some well-balanced sweet malt notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice touch to the classic Triple style with excellent balance between the different flavours.

Thanks to AleRider78 for bringing this one back from Sawdust (b-day gift). Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with a warm cap that leaves some light creamy lacing. The Brett is noticeable in the nose at first with the funky-earthy notes. Then some fruity malts appear. The Brett is less apparent in the taste with the fruity malts taking over. Orange hints and warming alcohol. Some nice hops balance the finish with a slight dryness. All very well-blended, smooth Belgian Tripel with Brett.

Damn this fine like Beyonce in booty shorts. Great mix of bretta, florals, light coriander and a hint of lemongrass. Golden pour with good head and lacing. Light sweet finish. Tap at Barhop.

A hazed golden Tripel with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, esters, grassy grapeskin, nice and smooth. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, grapeskin, light cork character, alcohol warmth, pleasant. On tap at Brother’s Beer Bistro.
