Color miel salplicado por migas de sedimento. Dos dedos de espuma. Aroma algo asidrado. Ahi acaba lo malo. En boca, entra fenomenal, pese a la graduación, y es muy afrutada y floral, acabando con un amargor contenido. Notable.

33cl bottle bought at AMCA’12 (Madrid). Hazy golden colour with a formation of a white head, large, fine bubbles, moderate creamy. Rest of sediments inside the beer. Aroma is malty, slightly spicy and with fruit hints. Flavour is moderate sweet at the beginning, dense and smooth on palate, malty, spicy and the final is slightly bittery, that gives it a good balance. Carbonation is medium. Body is medium to high. Texture is creamy.
