Datée de septembre 2016... Le nez est de Brandy, pommes, levure et raisin blanc. Il n'y a aucune mousse ni effervescence. C'est bien fait (sauf le visuel) et peu commun, avec une belle chaleur d'alcool soutenue en finale.

Bottled. Hazy amber, mid sized head. Caramelly nose with oaky white wine. Mid sweet with medium-full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with loads of wine; gewürztraminer and cabernet sauvignon. Peppery caramel. Mildly warming finish. Very interesting.
