Draught@Nolia Beer 2019. Deep brown colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is nutty, some sour wood, mild liquorice,alcohol and some toasted wooden notes. Flavour is toasted wood, some nutty tones, mild smoked wet wood, alcohol and some slight tartness. More like a brown ale.

Tap at Bishops Arms Östersund. A slight fruit aroma along with some nuts. I did not get any of the listed flavours in the drink however. Felt bitter and clingy.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Black with small beige head. Aroma of brown sugar and cocoa powder. Mid sweet with medium-full body and clean rounded mouthfeel. Sugar and ash. Resinous with some chocolate sauce and coffee. Inky bitter finish. Aggressive and adjunct ladden.

Tap at Nolia Beer. Opaque colour, tiny brownish head. Aroma has cocoa, toasted malts and alcohol. Medium-bodied to full-bodied. Cocoa, chocolate, toastyness. Balanced flavour.
