The aroma of this beer style is a complex balance of cloves and fruity notes with scarcely felt vanilla sweetness. The color of this drink varies from straw-yellow to dark golden. Wheat is full of protein, that’s why its color is slightly hazy and the drink has thick beer foam. This wheat beer cannot be compared with something else due to its light taste of bread crust that is followed by sweet malt aftertaste.
It has very tender flavor and goes perfectly with white fish and chicken.

On tap at Beerfest Singapore, pours s cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out banana, with some clove and fruity esters. Flavour is strange, with bright lime, some fruity esters, and herbal notes. Strange lime character to this. Not sure if this was supposed to be an authentic hef. Not good.

Keg at Beerfest Brewery, Singapore. Cloudy golden, mid sized head. Aroma of baking yeast and overripe banana. Sweet with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Sweaty baking yeast and mashed banana. Low bitterness. Very basic with low drinkability.
