La Bestia: The Dopplebock headed dog. A completely outrageous animal, but with a heart of gold. Trained for fight, she quickly determines if you’re friendly or not. Always on guard, never leaving her lady’s side.

La Bella: the precious little girl. Fragile like an autumn leaf. With an inner warmth that melts the harsh reality in which she wanders. Handles her beats with perfection.

Together against the world.
This is our version of the Dopplebock. Like the beast and the girl, it’s a complex brew of strength and elegance, of darkness and joy.

Gulden brun klar med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter kandis, lett brent karamell, røde bær og trevirke. Middels fylde. Søt maltig smak, kandissukker, honning, toast og noe røkt. Noe oljete.

330ml Bottle - Hazy copper in colour. Plums, dates, berries and a hint of leather in the aroma. Noticeably sweet taste, yet nicely balanced featuring notes of bready malts, sultanas, dried apricots and prunes.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy copper colour, mid sized head. Figs and caramel up front. Mid sweet with medium-full body and soft mouthfeel. Rich on soft caramelly malt. Interesting tones of figs and prickly pears. Mild peppery finish. Excellent!

On draught at Östersunds Maltfestival. A stunning version of the Dopplebock, with a lovely wine aroma and a taste of chocolate within. Incredibly smooth and in my opinion, better than the Celebrator original! Re-rated at Revsund Öl-baluns, from bottle. slightly fizzy, huge stouty palate. Delicious beer. ---------- Re-rated from the bottle for first time, thank God they got it out:) Still an outstanding beer but felt a lot more like an English strong ale in bottle form, less outstanding. No fizz. 4.3 to 4.1 --------- Rerated from tap. 4.1 to 3.9. Similar. Beautiful finish to it. --------- Rerated on site, bottle. 3.9 to 3.8. Its a brilliant beer. So incredibly smooth. No flaws really. (8/4/2019) ---------- Rerated, bottle from systemet. Soy sauce in aroma. Sweet taste. 3.8 to 3.6.
