This beer was brewed with freshly picked hops from the hop harvest in Zatec (Czech Republic). The basic idea is to use these hops in the boil as soon as possible after they’re picked, using them still “wet” from the field and thus at the peak of their freshness. Because the fresh hops have a delicate, almost green character, they are best employed in lagers, which serve as a perfect podium for the bounty of the harvest.
Consider the BEERMASTER FRESH HOP CONCEPT Lager as a living the art and process of brewing and hopefully that is reflected in the beer.

Hopfiger Beginn, eher muffig. Getreidig, der muffige Hopfen wirkt nach. Wirkt so gar nicht frisch... 9/6/6/5//6

Bottled, in Chişinau. Cloudy golden, small head. Peachy, grassy hoppy nose. Mid sweet with light-medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Peach and grass. Mid bitter finish.

PET 1,5L. Hazy straw, soapy white head. Grassy hops, fresh cut grass, a hint of lemon, some palest malts with a slight boiled cereal note as well as something yeasty. Dry taste, grassy hops with a light clean bitterness, next to no malts. Crisp yet soft mouthfeel. Pretty clean, apart from that yeasty unfresh notes that (I assume) the pasteurization is to blame for. Overall, quite nice and quenching.
