Bottle from Salud. Clear golden amber color, bright white head. Aroma of light smoke, burnt caramel, subtle stone fruit. Taste is burnt fruit, burnt straw, burnt toast. Sticky mouthfeel. Interesting and unique.

Bottle purchased at Spruce Creek Provisions. Aroma has some lightly toasted bread, yeast, a bit of citrus with a somewhat earthy farmhouse character.

Flavor is quite doughy, citrus and light fruit, good amount of rustic/earthy grains. Mild lactic acid comes in the finish. Smoke comes off more as earthy soil or ash like hints. I questioned buying this at all. ( I don’t enjoy smoked malt even a little). This was pleasantly subtle. Slightly above average blended brew.

Draught at Goods from the Woods, 10/22/16.
Blonde-golden with light amber tints and a medium-sized, white head with moderate to moderately low retention. Good clarity.
Light citrus, strong pepper phenols and a lightly spicy herbal character mix with light lactic acids to give a hint of yogurt as well as a touch of bready character from the yeast and light earthiness. Maybe a touch of horseblanket. Mild, yellow fruit-like esters and a high attenuation with biscuity grains in the background. No alcohol or flaw.
Well-carbonated and peppery, with mild bitterness and mild acidity. Quite fruity but with a strong earthy element, as well featuring funky wool, wet leaves and hay. Nutty finish has light citrus, more pepper, earth and biscuity grains. No alcohol or flaw. Interesting one here, not exactly sure what this was. Should have asked.
