Keg at Zauglom, Minsk. Clear dark brown, small head. Caramelly nose with some coffee. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and toffee, notes of toast. Fairly low bitterness.

Draught in a 1L growler. Pours deep ruby to brown colour with a small and fizzy off-white head. Nose: Caramel, cocoa & chocolate, sourish roast, some buttery peanuts. Medium body. Modest carbo. Malty taste. Toasted, somewhat roasted. Caramel & treacle along. Dark chocolate as well. A bit vinous. Drier ending with explicit roast and light hop bitterness. A decent one. I haven't had anything of that quality from Beaver yet. Mainly the taste: it's solid.

Tap. Dark brown color, yellowish foam. Aroma: burnt malt, caramel, slightly dried fruits. Taste: slightly wine, caramel, prunes, yeast, sour-sweet.
