Bottle. Hazy, deep gold. Not much head. Aroma is brett funk. Taste is sour with a tad of fruit.

Draught@SBWF2018. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity and floral with some pears, brett and wood. Flavour is brett, some fruits, earth, herbs and mild wood.

Keg at Stockholm Beer Festival. Almost clear golden, small head. Rich aroma of pears and brett. Dry with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Citric with old hay and cobwebs. Mid bitter finish.

Keg @ sbwf 2018. Poured clear golden color with a thin white head. Brett nose, hint of pear and vinegar. Vinegary, bretta and barnyard. Hint of pears. Enjoyable.
