Draught@SBWF2018. Hazy amber colour, mediumsized head. Aroma is nutty, some spices with mild sweet bready tones. Flavour is nutty, some sweet bread, a bit yeasty, toffeeish and also alcohol sweetness. Somewhat spicy finish. Nice one from this rather new brewery.

Sample at SBWF 2018. Hazy amber with a small head. Aroma of bread, some marzipan and yeast. The same in the taste, also some light spices. The body was medium as was the sweetness.

Keg @ sbwf 2018. Poured light amber color with a thin white head. Bready, almondy nose. Some yeast, toffee. Sweet, malty, bready, sweetness and sahti wibes. Long warming finish.

Keg at Stockholm Beer Festival. Hazy amber, mid sized head. Almondy nose with some spices. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Marzipan and bread, mild herbal spices. Peppery finish. Nice!
