500ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, amber colour with small, frothy, diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Earthy, spicy, vegetabel aroma, notes of horseradish, garden radish. Taste is earthy, spicy, notes of horseradish, widely disguised malty background with a diluted caramel touch; minimally watery texture. A bit restricted, monotonous, nice exposure of horseradish flavours though; but a whole bottle of liquid horseradish is too much if you take horseradish less as vegetable, but rather as spice.

Keg at Piwoteka, Łódź. Hazy deep golden. Sushi aroma with ginger and horseradish. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with lots of horseradish, not much room for anything else. No bitterness. Beer based cocktail with unusual flavouring.

Butelka 0.5l (01.03.2017). Piwo zmetnione o zlotej barwie. Piana slaba, bialo-szara, szybko znika prawie do zera. W aromacie chrzan, bardzo wyrazny, jak swiezo starty korze?, tylko nie szczycie w nos. Gdzies dalej w tle nuty drozdzy charakterystyczne dla saison. W smaku rowniez chrzan na pierwszym miejscu plus nuty saison’owe. Bardzo ciekawy dodatek do piwa, pasuje do piwa w tym stylu, ktory fajnie sie komponuje z lekko pikantymi nutami saison. I choc poza chrzanem nie dzieje sie za duzo to piwo jest przyjemne w odbiorze, lekkie o niskim nasyceniu a chrzan bardzo mi tu pasuje.
