500 ml bottle purchase at Spruce Creek Provisions. Fresh bottle. Pale hazy golden color, fast fleeting head. The aroma is bold Brett, mild of citrus and oak in the background.

The flavor shows the citrus upfront in the form of lemon. The backbone of the grain definitely has a lighter feel and shows mild rice tones. Almost reminds me of a sake element. The texture is bone dry and lightly funky from the oak and brettanomyces hints. Overall very refreshing and although pricy, I enjoyed the hell out of this!

Draft. A hazy golden beer with thin white head. The aroma has notes of fruit, hops, spices, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruits, brettanomyces, straw, and hops, leading to a bitter finish.

750 ml. bottle sampled @ LIBF 2017. Thank you for sharing RB-InBev Belgian crew! Hazy golden, little white. Nose is mellow sour peach, oak, lacitc, stone fruit juicy sour. Taste is apricot, lacks so feel, touch empty but overall very nice juicy stone fruit, quite fruity sour, didn’t really get the rice. Nice one even if a touch empty.

5/VI/17 - sample from 75cl bottle @ LIBF 2017 (Leuven) - BB: n/a (2017-721) Thanks to the Belgian RB crew for sharing today's beers!

Little hazy blond beer, no head. Aroma: wow, this smells really really bad, like urinal, dirty and funky, big no no. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, artificial tropical fruit flavourings, bubble gum, sourish touch, bit chemical. Aftertaste: funky, sourish, peach candy.

Provad på MBCC-17. Funk, brett, citrus, grape, citruszest, persika, nektarin, grön vindruva, halm och en snäll honungston. Lätt frisk modern saison med mycket karaktär. Riktigt gott.
