Hazy golden. Aroma is good dried herbs hints of dried fruit a little lavender and slight earthy unclean. Taste is good herbal at first with bready grainy middle and feinwürzig sweet finish. Very good balance. Quite earthy rural. Easy to drink. Good. A little more sweetness and this would meet my taste just right.

Cask (gravity) from wood keg @ Galerie Am Stephansberg, Unterer Stephansberg 5, 96049 Bamberg, Bavaria, Germany. [ As Rossdorfer Kellerbier ]. ABV: (5.0%). Light cloudy medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, pale malt, sweet malt, grass, light vegetables - floral. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sour grass, grain, sweet malt, pale malt, floral, medium dry. Fat på Zumen. En mild, lite blyg kellerbier. Absolut välgjord, men den tar inte riktigt ut svängarna. Blommmig. Lätt örtig. Mild honung. Gräs.

Sample. Fairly yeasty with some pear esters. Solid but most likely better with food.

Keg at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm. Lightly hazy pale golden, mid sized head. Grassy, fruity nose. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Grassy and floral, mildly bready. Mid bitter finish.

Keg at Frankenbierfest Rome. Aroma had floral hops with a touch of lemon. Over the palate came floral and fruity hops. Crisp, clean with a high drinkability.

Wood @ Brewery, Rossdorf. Krug. Golden creamy white head. Grassy hoppy and mild bready nose and flavor. Crisp and dry with fresh hops in the mix. Lovely!
