Bottled (Nolia Umeå 2018). Deep brown colour with a mediumsized lively head. Aroma is black currant, coffee, some toffee and mild roasted malts. Flavour is coffee, black currant, citrus, some dried fruits and actually rather hoppy in the finish.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Very dark brown, huge lively head. Aroma of black currant and coffee. Dry with medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Coffee, citrus and black currant. Long bitter finish. Pleasant hoppy stout.

Bottle at Nolia Beer. Opaque black colour, medium-sized beige head. Medicinal, a bit toasted aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Toasted, a bit of licorice flavour. Watery finish. Kind of empty.
