Appearance: Amber colour with an off-white head.
Aroma: Bourbon, malt, caramel, alcohol, some smoke.
Body: Full body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Caramel, alcohol, bourbon, malt.

Keg at Man in The Moon, Stockholm. Clear mahogany colour, small head. Rich aroma of peaty smoke. Mid sweet with full body and well rounded mouthfeel. More peaty Islay whisky than smooth bourbon. Solid, gentle malt foundation. Mildly warming finish. Barrel character takes over a bit.
