A Burton Ale, cask style. Fermented with a mixed burton/brett yeast. Secondary fermented in Steel cask and dry hopped with Target hops. Also matured on oak-chips to get an extra depth and dimension to the beer. Enjoy.

Keg at Great Swedish Beer Festival. Cloudy amber, small head. Fruity nose with some dough. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Blown up, caramel and yeast. Mid bitter finish

Keg at Haket vs Ölets dag 2019-07-17 Göteborg Don't know if this is a Bitter - on the label was writtem Burton Style Brettanomyses and the ABV is now 6,2 % ABV AR: brett, roasted malt AP: hazy brown, wee ofwhite head F: brett, sour bread, dry mouth feeling, bitter
