La nostra "Tupamaros" ha una luppolatura decisamente esagerata, come lo stile richiede; sentori di pompelmo, agrumi e frutta tropicale caratterizzano il naso di questa nostra birra amara ma equilibrata, complessa e persistente, in bocca secca ed incredibilmente facile da bere nonostante i suoi 8 gradi alcolici (ben nascosti!) termina con note resinose e balsamiche.
Birra estrema ricca di aromi e sapori intensi regalati dalle migliori varietà di luppolo americano presenti in grandi quantità in questa "bomba luppolata".

On tap at Open Baladin Torino. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, citrusy and fruity nose. Citrusy, light herbal and grassy with touch of alcohol and dry bitter/sweet finish.

Draught at Ma Che Siete Venuti A Fà, Rome. Almost clear, gold colored. AROMA- low, a bit fruity, floral. FLAVOR- smooth, neutral, lightly bitter, lightly warming, citrusy, tropical fruit, floral. Medium to fuller bodied. Good.

Tap @ Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto. Poured clear golden color with a thin white head. Caramel, malts, resin and ripe fruits. Ripe mango strong bitterness. Not very balanced. Feels bit old perhaps.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours clear, loaded blonde, with fluffy foam, fine and white. Aroma is intensely fruity, tropical. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste instead is intensely bitter, a real bomb. Some underlying sweetness too. Final is fairly long and fruity.

Draught @ Luppolo 12, Rome. Pours clear golden with stable white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with estery and malty touches. Bitter flavour of hops and grass, with sweetish notes of malt and yeast and round, fruity notes. Bitter and estery aftertaste with malty touches. Decent.

Draught @ Uiltje Craft Beer Bar, Zijlstraat 18, Haarlem, Netherlands 2011 TN. [ As Ritual LAB Tupamaros ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus - grapefruit, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, citrus - grapefruit, pale malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
