La nostra "Tupamaros" ha una luppolatura decisamente esagerata, come lo stile richiede; sentori di pompelmo, agrumi e frutta tropicale caratterizzano il naso di questa nostra birra amara ma equilibrata, complessa e persistente, in bocca secca ed incredibilmente facile da bere nonostante i suoi 8 gradi alcolici (ben nascosti!) termina con note resinose e balsamiche.
Birra estrema ricca di aromi e sapori intensi regalati dalle migliori varietà di luppolo americano presenti in grandi quantità in questa "bomba luppolata".

Caña en Cimmeria 19..10..2017. (r14). Color ámbar amarillento velado con espuma blanca. Sabores frescos maltosos y cereales con buena dosis de afrutados dulces. Ligeros herbáceos Lúpulados algo maduros terrosos. Cuerpo medio algo pastoso y espumosos con buena sensación alcohólica. Algo seca. Amargo contenido afrutado suave. Bastante buena. Para repetir.

Tap at beerlovers, pours bit unclear blonde. Good white head. Smell is full, bit pine. Taste is full, intense, pine, fresh, bit tropical fruit. Very nice

Draft glass @ Gollem during "Italy Beerweekend - Roma Edition". Clear golden, creamy white head. Nose is grainy, yeast, lemon peel, oddly grainy, almost vegetable hop,... Taste is grainy old lemon peel, bitter, okay but bit too grainy old lemon peel hop,... Body is grainy, stale lemon peel, slightly fizzy. Decent.

Tap @So Good in Rome-Italy. Semi clear golden pour, white head with drafts while lowering. Nose is malty, pinch of alcohol, fruity. Mouth: sweet a bit, a bit below expectations considering its reputation, neutral taste, malty.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Dorata carica, abbastanza limpida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso sentori di frutta tropicale con note agrumate e di resina. In bocca ha un attacco maltato con finale molto secco e amaro, ancora leggermente sbilanciata, ma comunque appagante. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-elevata. Buona!
