Keg at Master Gao, Nanjing. Deepest ruby colour, no head. Interesting woody nose with cedar and madeira. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Minty cedar, spruce and raisiny port. Mellow caramel. Peppery warming finish. Really good!!
