A contemporary take on Pilsner style from New Zealand. The use of limey NZ Motueka and grape-like Hallertau Blanc take this crispy pale colored lager to the next level.

330ml can from the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, orange, tangerine citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a crisp, clean, fresh, juicy citrus, light floral, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Like no other Pilsner I’ve ever tasted.

Keg at Master Gao, Nanjing. Hazy golden, small head. Piney grapefruit aroma. Mid dry with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Piney grapefruit, some tropical blossom and passionfruit. Mid bitter finish.
