Originally brewed for the amazing 2019 @brewskival beer fest and now triumphantly resurrected. We’ve stayed true to the original recipe but slightly tampered somewhat with the water profile i.e tweaked the salt additions to fit our current (endless?) line of DIPAs. Boatloads of Cashmere, Citra and Vic Secret hops over a malty backbone of finest Maris Otter, malted oats and a pinch of flaked wheat results in a thick hazy IPA saturated with hop flavors of citrus, candied orange and mango.

Maris Otter Extra Pale, Naked Oats, Torrefied Oats, Flaked Wheat.

Cashmere, Citra & Vic Secret.

WLP066 London Fog

Välkommen till 50 nyanser av grumlig juicig vätska för beskintoleranta! Denna ljusgula och kraftigt grumlade vätska kröns av ett tjockt och tätt skumlock. Aromer av ananas, apelsin och lite citrus. Smaken beskrivs bäst som juicigt humlig och beskbefriad, otippat. Bryggden tillhör dock de bättre uttolkarna av den något uttjatade stilen.

Huge, just off-white head, fluffy, over fully hazy pale yellow beer. Asafoetida, moss, musk, straw, even more than a bit hayish. Fruitesters (exotic) present in the background. Bitter-fruity. Again straw, dry herbs, rootspices, pear. Chewy, (hop)oily, good body, good carbonation, lively. Very good DIPA. Not outstanding, but all boxes ticked. Txs to Stef!

Can. Color: Very hazy pale golden, white head. Aroma: Hoppy, tropical and citrus fruit. Taste: Very smooth, wheat malt, hoppy, notes of citrus fruit and sweetish tropical fruit. (mango, tangerine, passion fruit, overripe pineapple) Over moderate to medium sweet, moderate bitterness. A little more bitterness at the finish. Medium body, average carbonation. On the sweet side for me personally.

Medium sweet fruity with notes of lemon and grapefruit, some satsuma, melon, touch of mango, sweetish malts and pillowy soft mouthfeel and substantial oat laden body, assertive hoppy into the finish.
