Originally brewed for the amazing 2019 @brewskival beer fest and now triumphantly resurrected. We’ve stayed true to the original recipe but slightly tampered somewhat with the water profile i.e tweaked the salt additions to fit our current (endless?) line of DIPAs. Boatloads of Cashmere, Citra and Vic Secret hops over a malty backbone of finest Maris Otter, malted oats and a pinch of flaked wheat results in a thick hazy IPA saturated with hop flavors of citrus, candied orange and mango.
Malts:
Maris Otter Extra Pale, Naked Oats, Torrefied Oats, Flaked Wheat.
Hops:
Cashmere, Citra & Vic Secret.
Yeast:
WLP066 London Fog

Can. An unclear light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of peaches, pineapple, citrus fruits, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of peaches, citrus fruits, hops, spices, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

440ml can @ tasting 30.1.21. Pineapple colored brew with a white head. Smooth moutfeel with citrus, pineapples, hops, oat sweetness in aroma and flavor. Balanced, good. Bit on the sweeter side with the oat though

[ As Apex Meridian DIPA ].
ABV: 8.0%. Murky - muddy matt medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy hoppy, tropical fruit, fruity hops, minerals. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, tropical fruit, fruity hops, minerals, wheat, candied orange. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Keg at Ångkvarn, Uppsala. Cloudy yellow, small head. Aroma of pineapple and mango. Mid sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Wheat flour, guava and mango. Peppery finish.

Draught @ Brewskival 2019, Helsingborg, Sweden. Fresh, juicy fruity and hoppy with some grass, pine, tropical notes and hints of hop burn.Pretty good.

Fat Kapitelhuset Växjö. Extremt grumlig gråaktig sörja. Doftar fint av? Passion och annanas . I munnen känns annanas och passion. Välgjord men rätt enkel Dipa i moderna stilen. Fasen Apex levererar väldigt lika Dipor vad gäller kvalite. De har kvar till topp Dipor dock. Lite kärv beska och behövs mer smaker . Men god
