On tap at the Fuggles Beer Cafe Tunbridge Wells. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Saison aroma spicy herby Saison. Lemon. But it's a meaty spicy herby full on dry Saison. Bit too heavy for my delicate palate. Solid and good though. Spicy orange lasting finish. 3.5. re rate cloudy pale gold colour lasting white head. oranges herb saison aroma. Really good. smooth as hell. just a touch of class. very very good.

Flaske fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Langnes. Champagnekork. Åpner med et smell. Drukket på Lillehøgda. Gyldengul. Uklar. Veldig høyt skum som daler sakte. Aroma av krydder & parfyme. Smaken gress & søt frukt. Tørr ettersmak med hint av malt. Krydder igjen i ettersmaken.

Not a bad saison, hyper-carbonated and dry as the Sahara, with a nutty farmhouse grassiness laced with notes of lemon, clove, and a mineral bitterness. Amarillos take an unexpectedly floral route on the back end, while apple, banana, and hay lead to a dry, yeasty fade. Carbonation's harsh, very very bubbly, a little too boisterous for comfort, but the pour comes out a pretty gold with an endless white head and tons of lace. Curious, but more interesting than drinkable.

$8.49 bottle from Wine Warehouse. Pours light golden with a large white head. The cork smells of champagne; so does the beer. Additional notes of hay, dried flowers, lemon zest, black pepper, grass. Flavor is bitter chamomile, light banana, yeast, hay, grass, hint of black pepper, dried leaves. Good flavor. Quite bubbly in the mouth.

(Keg at Sori Taproom, 20180704) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, spiciness and floralness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spiciness, floralness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, fruity and bitter. A pleasant balanced saison.

Keg @ North Bar, Leeds. Blonde in colour. It's a Belgian style ale with a tasty bubble-gum sweetness in both aroma and taste.

Light orange to dark golden, big frothy head dissipates quite quickly but still leaves nice lacing. Aroma shows hay and crackery malts, a bit of earthiness and fruity notes (mostly citric notes, expecially orange, on the 'fleshy' side). Taste has a fragrant crackery malts base, rustic earthiness, fruity notes as per aroma and slight spiciness, with grassy notes in the finish. Finishes pleasantly dry, clean and slightly on the bitter side. Somehow this is at the same time rustic as a saison should be and very clean. Medium bodied with quite high carbonation, dense mouthfeel. A rather standard but surely good, well made saison.
