On tap at Vrteška 2017, shared with Višnja 666. Dark amber, small off-white head. Wine, light vinegar, light dried fruit. Light tart, dry, puckering, alcohol is hidden. Medium body, moderate carbonation, moderate to lasting dry finish. Quite good.

From bottle to glass. Spice, orange and I get a bit of funk in there. Hazy honeycomb with billowing white head that is moon surface chunky. Flavor is slightly orange and hay, grass. Very enjoyable.

Shared 750ml bottle. Pours a pale golden hue with a very slight haze and a white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast and spice with some fruitiness. Taste is Belgian yeast, spice, a bit of funk, pear. Heavy carbonation. Refreshing.

On tap at Vrteška. Pale milky yellow body. Funky sweetish creamy fruity (peachy) aroma, quite nice. Light fresh peachy taste, light herbal notes, slightly on the lighter side, but a very tasty beer indeed!

It’s not bad and in fact it’s fairly decent but lacks some of the funkiness of the best of the class.

From SmakPiwa.pl. Zapach trawiasty, cytrusowy. Smak kwaskowy, gozki i lekko cytrusowy. Fajne limonka, cytryna i kwasny grapefruit. Amarillo dalo tu swoje cialo, zdecydowanie dominowalo. Podsumowujac to farmerskie piwo jest lekki i bardzo pieniste i doskonale wytrawne. Super, polecam

Bottle at La Tana a Bruxelles. Pours clear pale yellow with a biiig foam. Aroma is funky farmhouse, herbal and spicy, yeasty, little hops, all there. Body is medium to a sweet full taste, light bitterness and a soft carbonation and texture. Umami. Farmhouse throughout. Smooth palate. Incredibly easy and smooth to drink. Wow.

750 ml bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating. Pours slightly hazy pale golden/straw color with a 2 finger foamy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big lemon, tangerine, pear, apple, white grape, citrus zest/peels, peppercorn, herbal, grass, hay, straw, musty funk, wheat, cracker, light honey, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/spicy/funky yeast, citrus hops, and light-moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, tangerine, pear, apple, white grape, citrus zest/peels, peppercorn, herbal, grass, hay, straw, musty funk, wheat, cracker, light honey, and yeast earthiness. Large amount of yeast spiciness and light-moderate herbal/citrus peel bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, tangerine, pear, apple, white grape, citrus zest/peels, peppercorn, herbal, grass, hay, straw, funk, wheat, cracker, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy/funky yeast, citrus hops, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance; and zero astringent flavors after the finish. High carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, clean, dry, and fairly grainy/bready/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is awesome. A bit prickly/foamy, but not overwhelming. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 6%. Overall this is an awesome saison! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy/funky yeast, citrus hops, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. Awesome yeast complexity with complementing hop flavors; and a solid malt backbone. A highly enjoyable offering.
