Bottle at NĂĽetnigenough. Cloudy golden color with big white head. Aroma is peppery yeasts, dough, barnyard, rustic, earthy. Taste is the same again, with a nice earthy hop bite. Silky mouthfeel. Very nice. It has some of the rustic Belgian Saison magic. 8-4-8-4-17.Bottle, once more. I have to go up. This is an utterly amazing Saison. It just has a tad too much of a bite on the tongue. 9-4-8-4-18

Monumentális, fehér, örökké tartó hab, borostyán szín. Gabonás, enyhén pezsgős, vadélesztős illat. Íze gabonás, kissé búzasörös, fűszeres felhangokkal, halvány élesztős érzettel. Közepesen testes, erősen, de selymesen szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Hosszú, fűszeres, kesernyés lecsengés. Nagyon kellemes, frissítő, tartalmas sör.

Bottle. A- Jungle wetness, mildew, funky. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Funk, spices, slightly acidic. P- Light body, effervescent texture, high carbonation, funky finish. O- Weird aroma. Reminds me of that humid jungle smell. Odd, but I like it. Taste was as expected and the body was a little light and too carbonated. I would really like to see how this ages.

Bottle shared with friends in KL. Poured a hazy straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is mineral acid citrus. The flavour is big citrus fruit acid with a light bubbly fruity hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle at Johnny Off L. in Rome-Italy, aged 1 year had it in Serbia with Boban. Clear bright golden color, medium white foam. Nose: lovely spicy and sweet notes of yeast, balanced really, herbs too. Lovely. Mouth: silk carbonation, smooth malt profile, super peppery finish a bit spicy and sparkling. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av humle, jäst, citrus, hö, gräs, jord, kryddor med toner av ladugård, vete, korn och äpplen. Torr, lagom sötma, välbalanserad, rena smaker, en lätt och fin saison. Mycket gott!

Tap into a snifter showing well filtered yellow with two fingers of clean white foam. The nose shows deep farmhouse notes with a smokiness that combines to be similar to bacon. The palate is well carbonated but smooth and fluffy with a medium body. Clean bready malt but subtle; there’s very little flavor here. Very mild bitterness on the finish. Overall, a bit thin.

0.75 l bottle from ’Rudat’ (thanks Christian!), best before end of 2018. Clear, golden yellow with a massive, rather dense, almost stable, white head. Fruity-grassy, floral and yeasty-spicy aroma of pineapple, clove, grapefruit, fresh grass and a touch of dough. Slightly sweetish, a bit bitter, grassy-fruity, floral and yeasty-spicy taste of grapefruit, lemon peel, pineapple, clove, fresh grass and some biscuits, followed by a short, moderately grassy-bitter, yeasty-spicy and a bit dry finish. Medium body, slightly spritzy and rather effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Good!

Bouteille (7,5dl): Pale golden to golden, hazy, big loose and lacy white head, that slowly collapses; moderate fruity (kind of orangey) and yeasty nose with grains and peaceful hops in the background; moderate dryish, but not really dry, bitter-sweet flavour; medium bodied and smooth; gets drier and more hoppier ( some illusions of the promised " noble" hops are detectable) in the fruity and yeasty finish. A goody...

Jun. ’16. A 0.75 l bottle that poured hazy yellow body with medium sized head. Fine hop aroma, amarillo - flowery, light sweet orange, lightly yeast and a bit peppery. Flavor, on the other hand was a disappointment. Lightly yeasty and lightly paper and herbal bitter, with that light bitterness retaining to the very end of the aftertaste but with nothing really to counterweight it. Not the bitterness itself which was just weak. Vague sweetness might have included some sugar/honey notes, and fruits with spices, but that’s already far into the imagination. Highly carbonated, as these usually get, which emphasized the little bit of body, but basically I’ve ended up with diluted yeast in the mineral water, touched with some aroma that affected it minimally. And my scores here are a big push. Oh, saisons...
