This is not your regular run-of-the-mill Mosaic-centered IPA. We cracked this beloved hop to bits, bringing out its deep fruity core, and then putting it back together on top of a dense, juicy canvas. A complex tropical display made up from lots of shiny, colourful pieces. Our very own Modern Mosaic.

OCT-2018. CAN. Batch 2. Cloudy bright orange, soapy head. The aroma is freshly squeezed orange juice, dried citrus peel and some grass. The taste is bright citrus, followed by pungent zesty hop oils, moderate zesty bitterness with some warming notes in it. Intensely hoppy, and dangerously drinkable. These two batches feel like two totally different beers. 7-4-8-4-15=3,8.
JUN-2017. BOTTLE 33 CL. Batch 1. Hazy red, beige head with good lacing. Big malty aroma with a bit of balancing hops behind it. Similar taste, really malty with notes of fruit cake, background citrus and onion (the HH thing), really low on bitterness. Like it. 7-4-7-4-15=3,7
