This is not your regular run-of-the-mill Mosaic-centered IPA. We cracked this beloved hop to bits, bringing out its deep fruity core, and then putting it back together on top of a dense, juicy canvas. A complex tropical display made up from lots of shiny, colourful pieces. Our very own Modern Mosaic.

330ml can. Murky, grey-ish golden colour with small to average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of pineapple, passion fruit and mango, oaty background. Taste is sweet and minimally tart, juicy tropical fruity and slightly citrusy hoppy, hints of melon, pineapple, some mango, orange, passion fruit and guava; well hidden alcohol. Creamy to mushy texture, smooth and soft palate. Highly drinkable, juicy, not at the top end of possible hop intensity.

330ml can (now 9.1%). Murky golden with a small white head, good retention. Aroma of soft juicy tropical fruits, mango, orange. Taste is super juicy fruits, tropical, mango, orange, citrus zest, a little pine, light sweet and very low bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Outstanding showcase of Mosaic, and dangerously easy drinking.

Color dorado con espuma blanca, de buena retención y algo de encaje. Aroma afrutado con predominio de mago y malecotón. Sabor con amargor medio, frutal, algo de cítrico pero el mosaic se hace muy presente con sus notas amelocotonadas, medianamente maltosa. Final afrutado, tropical, algo herbal y fácil de beber a pesar de su graduación.

Original review text: Bottle shared at the July THT. Hazy orange pour with a white head. Quite malty but also fruity, red fruit, mango, quite a bit of pineapple. A bit old school, but right up my alley!

7 3 6 3 13 Bottle, shared at July THT, in front of Kwartje. Cloudy amber color. Off white head. Aroma’s: sweetish, hops, zesty. Retronasal there’s toffee, sweet fruit, zest, light skunky. Flavor is moderate sweet with light fruity sourness. Medium bodied.

Bottle shared at THT July. Very hazy amber with a white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, weedy notes and caramel malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle shared at THT July. Hazy light amber with small off white head. Lots of caramel, dark bread, soft dank hops, orange, some mango. Over medium sweet and bitter. Almost full bodied. Maybe a bit old?
