This is not your regular run-of-the-mill Mosaic-centered IPA. We cracked this beloved hop to bits, bringing out its deep fruity core, and then putting it back together on top of a dense, juicy canvas. A complex tropical display made up from lots of shiny, colourful pieces. Our very own Modern Mosaic.

Keg at Mother Kelly's SE1. Creamy fruity aroma with some citrus. Hazy pale amber gold. Very thin creamy white head. Light-medium bitter. Sweet citrus streak. Medium bodied. Slick. Fizzy carbonation. Dry finish. Really drinkable fruity stuff.

Little cloudy blond to orange beer, big creamy white head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: nice, hoppy, some marijuana, citrus notes, tropical fruits, dank, some onions. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, sweet, dank hops, tropical fruits, bit resinous. Aftertaste: sweet and sticky hops, bubble gum, fruity finish. Nice one!

Can. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate with a nice fine minerally crispness. Light creamy sweet malts, nicely done. Smooth piney hops, undertone of soft skunky hops. Pretty mellow citrus, also quite smooth. Light finish. Nicely joined up dipa and it goes down easy. But the Mosaic here ans in most Mosaic beers these days, well it just doesn’t have the punch or the complexity that it used to.

Canned 330ml. -at Valhalla Zagreb. Murky yellow coloured, medium sized white head, fruity hoppy nose. Moderate malty, fruity, mild tropical fruits and notes of alcohol with rather bitter finish. Again decent brew from Hop Hooligans.

Can at home. Hazy yellow color, average sized white head. Aroma is pleasantly fruit hoppy. Flavor is lightly malts, clearly lactose, lightly citrussy notes, sweet notes and maybe lightly bitter. Medium to full body, medium carbonation. Drinkable I'd say, but not my kind of DIPA. 7-3-7-3-14.
