Bottled. Clear golden, huge lively head. Fruity, doughy nose. Mid sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Dusty bun dough, slight floral notes. Slightly metallic finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, pale yellow with a tiny, white head. Subtle citrus and subtle phenols in the nose. Light in body, a slight tartness, chalky driness but without any significant hops. A decent little quencher without major flaws - it’s just super timid. 030117

unclear yellow, small white head.aroma of orange peel, wheat, citrussy flavor, wheat, flavor is citrussy and wheatly, like a wit, but with some white wine or grape notes (inclusive the oak and the grape bitterness), as well as some oranges notes, quite complex wit, and quite dry. The orange flavor adds some sweetness though. acc. to website "Sullerica Blanca wheat beer is made with a small part of barley malt, wheat malt and Majorcan unmalted wheat, two types of hops, a special yeast, water of Sóller and lemon peel from the valley." there is no oranges, but the lemon peel that is added must be fresh and fruity, it does add a lot of character to the wheat beer.

330ml bottle, bb. 29.05.14, picked up at a store in Soller. A wheat haze to a golden body. Diminishing, white lacing-head. Aroma of coriander and fruit. Orange fruity taste added by coriander and wheat. Perfumed impression. Tart and sweet to the finish. Very soft in the mouth. Thin to medium bodied. Decent wheat beer, locally made (Es Port, hotel room 09.07.2013).
