Topsy Turvy is an English phrase meaning confused
or in disorder. This beer is just like that! This is a lager that is produced using ale yeast, fermented warmer than some lagers, but then stored cold, so ‘lagered’. Some traditional German lager style beers are made this way too. Our version is even darker than a standard lager to make it even more topsy turvy.
You will find all those clean lager characteristics but with a little more malt flavour and a higher hop aroma. Topsy Turvy even uses English hops for an added twist

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear amber, small head. Bready nose. Dry with light body and clean mouthfeel. Bready and husky, slightly floral. Fairly low bitterness. Very drinkable.
