What better way to unwind other than sipping a nice cold drink with your special pal, in front of a good movie.

We made this beer just for such occasions. A nice double dry-hopped surprise with a chunky blast of coconut and a solid gloop of vanilla, with a dense, creamy body.

You just have to sit back, turn the volume up, and unload. Your daily stress.

Bottle shared at THT July. Almost clear golden with white head. Quite some coconut, fruity hops, sweet malts, roasted coconut. Loads of coconuts! Under medium sweet and bitter. Just medium bodied. Decent.

THT July, outside of Kwartje. Clear dark golden with thin white head. Sweet malts, resin, massive coconut. Big sweet and light bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. Nice twist, I like.

CAN Batch 02. Cloudy pale yellow, white head with some lacing. The aroma is coconut flakes all over the hops. The taste is less so, more hop forward - lupulinesque hazy IPA style, those pastry candy bar vanilla coconut flavours taking a supportive role. Moderate citrus oil bitterness with just a bit of hop burn. Nice - for those (rare) occasions you want a cocktail rather than a beer. 7-4-7-4-15=3,7.

BOTTLE 33 CL at home. Clear amber-brown, sediment, diminishing head. Big coconut aroma, both sweet and nutty, you can feel the lactose sweetness in your nose, some caramelized sugar too, not much hops over here. The taste is moderate to high lacto sweetness, coconut, nutty and probably hoppy butterness. The mouthfeel is more like a soft drink than a smoothie. It does stretch the meaning of what is called beer a bit, but, yeah, tasty, if you like coconuts (more than IPA’s). 6-4-7-3-14=3,4

TAP at BCBF 2017. Hazy amber, off-white head. Strong coconut and vanilla, some hops coming through. Coconut overdose, but not unpleasant. Does not feel as sweet as I expected, the coconut gives a velvety candy bar like sweetness impression, which is balanced but its drying nuttiness and some cidery tartness. Light nutty bitterness. Not bad. 7-4-7-4-14=3,6.
