Swedish summer in a glass. Sour, sweet and zingy. A refreshing, delicate beer celebrating one of our favorite fruit. How do you like them apples?

What goes better with an apple than a zing? That was the rhetorical question we asked ourselves here at the brewery when toying around with ideas for a new sour. Naturally, we had to try and make it. After a bit of testing we got the sweetness from the apples and sourness from the beers-ratio just right. And in that we created what we thought was a fantastic summer beer. And you know all about Swedish summers, right? It was zinging in the rain.
