Sampler #3, at the source. Hazy pale golden with white head. Sweet malts, anise, juniper, booze, white pepper. Sweet and strong alcoholic. Dense. Soft carbonation.

Tap at the brewpub. Hazy straw yellow with white head. Cloves, spicy yeast, bitter alcohol, peppery, allspice, soft coriander, lemon peel. Medium sweet and boozy bitter. Medium bodied. Quite boozy.
